Responsibilities:

• Designs IT solutions aligned with the business objectives of the enterprise.
• Works closely with the business groups and process owners, examine existing business models and flows of data, identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solution considering constraints on cost, timeline and scope.
• Designs and implements IT systems aligned with the business requirements.
• Specifies the behavior of the system and how data will be translated into actionable business insight.
• Manage scope and requirements.
• Analyze proposed change requirements and its impact to the project schedule and cost.
• Detect ambiguous requirements and drive closure.
• Influence and drive team in adhering to sound and best practices in requirements management.
• Apply appropriate modeling technique to facilitate analysis and understanding of the requirements (e.g., data flow diagram, entity-relationship diagrams, state-transition diagrams, dialog maps, class diagrams, etc).
• Drive use of applicable maturity models (e.g. CMM) in managing requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or related courses; or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 2 years  experience in Project Management or Business Analysis
• Good understanding of the software development process, relational database management systems (RDBMS) concepts and object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of Project Management Principles
• Ability to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed:
• Functional requirements
• Business Requirements Document
• Use Cases
• Able to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.  Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Able to create project plans and resource schedule.
• Ability to manage and leading the project team.
• Able to manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Experience in a telecommunication industry is an advantage.
